It operates through the following segments: Lithium Batteries, Ni-MH Batteries and Accessories, and New Materials. The Lithium Batteries segment consists of lithium batteries, power storage system, and power source solutions. The Ni-MH Batteries and Accessories segment offers Ni-MH rechargeable batteries, sized batteries in blister packing as well as chargers and battery packs. The company was founded by Dang Yu Pan in May 2001 and is headquartered in Shenzhen, China.
