It operates through the following segments: Pepper Lunch Business, Restaurant Business, Ikinari Steak Business and Merchandise Sales Business. The Pepper Lunch Business segment includes the operation of Pepper Lunch store which offers quick and low-priced steak and hamburger. The Restaurant Business segment includes the operation of the restaurants 'Sumiyaki Steak Kuni', 'Kodawari Tonkatsu Katsukitei', 'Sumiyaki Hambug Kuni', 'Stefan Grill', and 'Taiyo no Kazoku Kuni'. The Ikinari Steak Business segment manages the Ikinari Steak tachigui shops where customers eat while standing. The Merchandise Sales Business segment includes the sale of tonkatsu sauce, frozen pepper rice, dressing, raw ham, soup server, and chopsticks.
