It operates through the following segments: Domestic Coke and Logistics. The Domestic Coke segment consists of its Haverhill and Middletown coke making and heat recovery operations located in Franklin Furnace, Ohio and Middletown, Ohio, respectively. The Logistics segment consists of its coal handling and blending service operations in East Chicago, Indiana; Ceredo, West Virginia; Belle, West Virginia; and Catlettsburg, Kentucky. The company was founded in July 2012 and is headquartered in Lisle, IL.
