(Crimson)と参加契約を締結して、テキサス州ザバラ郡に位置する石油埋蔵量と関連する鉱業権(レオナ川鉱床)の30％の権益を取得した。平成23年1月26日、同社はコロラド州南東部での2994純エーカーの資源の鉱物権の権益を80％取得した。平成23年12月15日、同社はラフライダー鉱床に位置する未開発地域の未処分権益の75％を売却した。平成24年1月24日、同社はSE HRプロスペクトとイエローストーンプロスペクトでの未開発地域の未処分権益の75％を売却した。 U.S.エナジ―は、米国の独立系エネルギ―会社。米国本土で石油、ガス、その他の鉱物の生産物件を取得、開発する。同社の石油、ガス事業は、主にノ―スダコタ州、モンタナ州のウィリストン盆地で展開する。また、テキサス州のイ―グル・フォ―ド・シェ―ルやルイジアナ州、コロラド州でも事業を手掛ける。 It is an independent energy company focused on the acquisition and development of oil and gas producing properties in the United States.
