Innovative Industrial Properties Reports Second Quarter 2022 Results Innovative Industrial Properties, Inc. (IIP), the first and only real estate company on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE: IIPR) focused on the regulated U.S. cannabis industry, announced today results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2022. Second Quarter 2022 Highlights Financial Results and Capital Activity Generated total revenues of approximately $70.5 million in the quarter, representing a 44% increase from the prior year’s quarter. Recorded net income attributable to common stockholders of approximately $39.9 million for the quarter, or $1.42 per diluted share, and AFFO of approximately $60.1 million, or $2.14 per diluted share (including the dilutive impact of the assumed full exchange of the 3.75% Exchangeable Senior Notes due 2024 (the Exchangeable Senior Notes)).
