A Parsons student downloaded 70,000 lines of her own data, fed it to AI, and asked what it knew about her. The answer described her with unsettling accuracy. That's where Not Generated starts — with what it means for the people learning to create alongside AI. To explore this topic further, and what creativity means in the age of AI, students, faculty, and industry voices gathered for a symposium, a hands-on Creative AI Lab and a final exhibition at @thenewschool. AI is moving faster than the questions around it. Who gets credit? What's ethical? What does it mean to make something?
