• What if your company knowledge could learn from every resolved incident? In this demo, I build an event-driven workflow that turns incident reports into reviewed, reusable knowledge. When an incident is marked as resolved in Box, the app uses Box AI to extract key lessons, compares them with existing content in a Box Hub, and proposes either an article update or a brand-new guide. Before anything gets published, a human reviews and approves it through a Box Task.
