Personal AI knowledge bases work well for individuals. But once AI becomes a team workflow, teams need something more durable: a shared source of truth that humans and agents can safely access, update, and reuse. This demo shows a fictional startup using Box as a shared company brain for humans, agents, and workflows. A founder updates a product decision directly in Box. An engineer uses Claude Code locally through Box Drive to apply that decision across product and agent operating files. Then Customer Success uses Claude connected to Box through MCP to generate an onboarding guide using the latest approved context. The pattern is simple: agents reason over the work, while Box provides the governed memory layer — shared context, version history, collaboration, review, and a place for generated outputs to keep compounding over time.
