Manjunath (Manju) Pasupuleti, Global Head of IT Security (CISO) at Ennovi Precision Technology — a Singapore-based precision manufacturer supplying EV component makers — explains how consolidating onto Elastic SIEM replaced a sprawling, disconnected security stack with a single console for his team.
Before switching, Manju's small security team relied on MDR that only watched critical infrastructure, leaving blind spots across the rest of the environment. Analysts had to log into separate consoles and manually collect and triage data, draining time from an already lean team. Moving to Elastic gave the team one platform to surface threats that would otherwise go unnoticed.
What stood out beyond standard SIEM connectors was Elastic's retrieval engine: Manju can now investigate an insider threat's activity across six months of data in minutes instead of days.
Topics covered in this video:
- Why a sprawling, disconnected security stack was slowing down a lean team
- Moving from MDR-only visibility to a single console with Elastic SIEM
- Investigating months of activity in minutes with Elastic's retrieval engine
- Proving security ROI and justifying investment with limited headcount
- Managing AI governance risks, including shadow AI and unsanctioned tools
