When looking at an aggregated data set of over 1,000 immunotherapy patients, tracking a specific neurotoxic adverse event like ICANS is incredibly challenging without existing data labels. Working with neuroscientist and neurologist Esther Nie, MD, PhD (formerly at Stanford University), Medidata’s Research Alliance built a highly accurate model that can predict ICANS neurotoxicity reactions across a large group of patients.
