Before NTT began their Zero Trust journey, each of their 140,000 employees were spending roughly 17 minutes a day logging in, which was affecting sales. When their Zero Trust journey began, Okta played the foundational role. Thanks to Okta, 40% of the highest ticket class was eliminated. Through SSO, they were also able to connect their CRM to most of their 30 third-party apps. Employees can access what they need to work on day one, and can work from anywhere, at any time.
