Workforce Operations Command Center is an agentic application in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM powered by a team of specialized AI agents. It helps teams coordinate staffing, time tracking, absence management, communications, and payroll readiness by summarizing business conditions, surfacing priority actions, and preparing updates that keep work moving.
In this demo, the agents continuously evaluate staffing coverage, policy risk, absence requests, and timecard data to highlight what needs attention. You see how the command center supports common workflows, including a shift drop request with recommended replacements based on contract, schedule, and utilization, and a vacation request that conflicts with a scheduled shift policy that is flagged for potential impact.
The demo also shows bulk approval of absences without shift conflicts and how communications agents prepare follow-up messages to request corrections for incomplete timecards and notify the payroll team about timecards pending transfer. To support leadership updates, the command center generates a workforce summary presentation that can be formatted for download and later use. The result is a more focused operating rhythm where people step in where judgment matters most.
