“You don’t know what you don’t know.” That’s where most of us start with AI. We asked Pfizer colleagues across R&D, manufacturing, and commercial teams what changed after they completed Pfizer’s AI certification. Their answers ranged from building their own tools and agents to having sharper conversations in meetings. One put it simply: their job is fun again. AI training is open to every eligible Pfizer colleague. It’s one part of our ambition to become the most AI-forward company. The judgment, expertise, and human connection stay with our people. AI gives them more room to use it.
