AI amplifies complexity across your entire infrastructure stack. In this session, panelists from IBM Instana, Splunk, and ServiceNow share how they close the gap between system intelligence and automated execution using Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform. How can operations teams move past signal overload and build the trust required to let AI act? Discover how combining signal intelligence with Ansible Automation Platform creates a trusted execution layer to resolve incidents before they disrupt your business. We also map out a practical roadmap to help your team transition safely from manual playbooks to zero-touch, auditable automation. 0:00 Panel Introduction: The AIOps journey 0:44 Instana: Automated context & AI agent monitoring 1:49 Splunk: Solving signal overload & alert correlation 3:26 ServiceNow: Merging IT ecosystems with machine learning 4:45 Building Trust with a "Human-in-the-Loop" framework 6:08 Quality signals, AI agents, & strategic audit trails 9:16 Starting small with expert advice & actionable first steps 11:55 Applying Pareto principles to high-impact opportunities 12:54 Re-engineering IT processes to remove legacy workarounds #RedHat #Ansible #AIOps #ITOps #Automation
