The AI train continues to move 00:00:18:01 - 00:00:19:09 at a faster pace. 00:00:19:09 - 00:00:21:07 So last year was all about Generative AI. 00:00:21:07 - 00:00:23:12 Now it's about Agentic AI systems. 00:00:23:12 - 00:00:25:13 So how can you have autonomous agents 00:00:25:13 - 00:00:30:11 acting on behalf of you or your client on top of an AI system 00:00:30:11 - 00:00:33:14 and then hopefully have a human control or a human in the loop 00:00:33:14 - 00:00:36:03 to sort of take that information and push it forward. 00:00:36:03 - 00:00:39:13 So I think playing the win in the future is about becoming a learning organization. 00:00:39:13 - 00:00:40:22 It's about people. 00:00:40:22 - 00:00:45:12 It's about how do we educate our staff, our subject matter 00:00:45:12 - 00:00:48:12 experts, whether you're at the bank or you're one of our clients, 00:00:48:12 - 00:00:51:12 to leverage these new technologies to think differently.
