And knowing that I was going to get to have time with my son was so incredibly important to me. My name is Stephanie Korczynski, and I am the Director of AI Literacy for Wells Fargo. I joined Wells Fargo in September of 2023, when I was seven months pregnant. I felt instantly supported from the moment of day one. I came to this company not only because of the people and the work that I would be doing, but also because the care that it gives employees. And I knew that coming to a company that supported hiring me while I was pregnant that was a company that genuinely cared. I am immensely grateful to Wells Fargo for the opportunity it afforded me to spend 16 full weeks with my son. Those are moments that I will cherish forever.
