Transcript: Coming to Wells Fargo, I have been able to take a step towards a career in data. And that's something that I've always wanted to do. I realized that I needed to boost more of my understanding and skills related to data analysis. Wells Fargo has given me the opportunity to pursue my master's degree. With the tuition reimbursement and the support of my managers, I’ve been able to gain some really valuable skills. I truly don't think that I would have been given an opportunity like this elsewhere. Wells Fargo has really done a great job of providing support to neurodiverse individuals and really helping us feel accommodated and welcomed, and allowed to be who we are.
